What is U-KNOCK?
U-KNOCK 2024
U-KNOCK is a key event for industrial development organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), a leading government agency dedicated to promoting the Korean content industry. It serves as an innovative and influential platform designed to foster substantial investment opportunities and build networking between Korean content companies and overseas investors.
The inaugural edition of U-KNOCK took place alongside VidCon 2024 in Anaheim, USA on 27-29 June. Building on this success, the second edition has been held in Singapore on 17-19 September, in conjunction with All That Matters 2024. The third edition is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, USA on 6-8 November.
U-KNOCK provides a unique opportunity for global investors to connect with a wide range of Korean content companies, paving the way for mutual success in the global marketplace.
International Content Investment Forum
The global entertainment industry is facing significant disruption due to shifts in streaming models, advancements in AI, and changing consumer behaviors. As sectors like film, TV, music, and gaming navigate rising costs and economic uncertainty, they also encounter new opportunities for growth. While traditional models like cable TV are declining and the effects of the pandemic still linger, audience demand for immersive, on-demand content remains strong. The International Content Investment Forum aims to bring together industry leaders, investors, and content creators to explore strategies for adapting to this evolving landscape. By fostering collaboration and leveraging emerging technologies, the forum seeks to unlock new avenues for sustainable growth and innovation in entertainment.
